The Consortium welcomes Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois as the thirteenth member campus. Augustana first expressed interest in joining the MCMS in the summer of 2006. Director Nordell Pearson visited Augustana in March 2007, and met with faculty and administrators to discuss the Consortium’s programs. After the visit, faculty members and Dean Abernathy continued to discuss college-wide interest in joining the MCMS. The Executive Committee met on Saturday, May 19th and unanimously approved Augustana’s request for membership. Welcome Augustana!
